Note that Fundamentals certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals does not expire as long as the technology is still available or relevant. Unlike role based Expert/Associate certifications that needs to be renewed/recertified once after two years.
To reschedule the exam, you will need to access the Microsoft Certification Dashboard, under the Exam Provider Tile, select the vendor and you should be redirected to the Exam vendor’s dashboard page to see the history of the appointments. You should be able to reschedule within 36 hours once appointment expires.
