Apr 17, 2022 · Hello, I use Microsoft 365 Business Standard and I'm currently unable to login to my email account on the Outlook desktop app (Microsoft Outlook for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2203 Build 16.0.15028.20178) 64-bit) while I'm able to login on the Web App. Outlook simply says that "Something went wrong" and nothing else.

Jan 23, 2024 · There is something very odd as I cant get my outlook account in the iPhone Mail app or in Safari (through live.com) but it does work in the iPhone "Outlook" app I've downloaded onto my phone. To make it more complicated I have a second Outlook email which is still working everywhere - PC, iPhone Mail app, and iPhone Outlook app (although I haven't tried it in live.com)!!

For troubleshooting I have access to mine and his email accounts if needed, along with access to the account homepages of both Microsoft accounts (the pages you see when you click manage account in the settings).

Feb 23, 2013 · My Hotmail email was changed to Outlook last year. It has been working fine. I have, however, been using my hotmail address when logging into my email without any problems. As of today, I am not able to access my email. Is there a change taking place today with Outlook/Hotmail, that is temporarily locking me out of my Outlook email?
