Create a survey. 1. To create a Survey, click Menu ("…") below the box where you type your message. If Survey isn’t in the Suggestions section, search for it in the Find an app search bar or select More apps to find it in the Apps directory. 2. Enter a title for your survey, then use Add Question to type in survey questions.

With this new integration, you can easily set up a Forms tab, create notifications for your form, or conduct a quick poll just for your team. With Microsoft Forms, you can create an instant, real time poll in seconds in Microsoft Teams. Post a poll in your Teams channel or quickly gather feedback in a chat pane. Note: This feature is not available for GCC High or DoD environments.
Start a new form. Go to Microsoft Forms with your Microsoft 365 school credentials, Microsoft 365 work credentials, or Microsoft account (Hotmail, Live, or Outlook.com). Note: You can also log in to Office.com, look for the Microsoft 365 icons on the left, and then select Forms. Select New Form.
