The University of Liverpool is situated on a single compact campus, around 10 minutes' walk from the city centre. Academic facilities include: Two University libraries: the arts and humanities focused Sydney Jones library and the science, engineering and life sciences focused Harold Cohen libraries. Both are open 24 hours a day during term time and provide a range of study spaces suitable for group study as well as quiet spaces and spaces for individual study.
