School of Professional and Continuing Studies. The School of Professional and Continuing Studies (PCS) offers graduate programs in real estate finance, real estate development, construction management, and a Master of Science in real estate, as well as bachelor‘s degree programs for adult learners.
Students who are looking to enroll at Fordham in January 2024 should apply as Spring 2024 applicants. International students who need to apply for a visa to attend Fordham should note that we cannot guarantee sufficient time for the visa process for applications completed after November 15.
