Duksung Women's University (DSWU) is one of the leading universities in Seoul, South Korea. It traces its history from the “Chosun Committee for Women’s Education” in 1920, founded by Patriot Ms. Chamirisa (1879~1955).

Duksung Women's University was founded in 1920 by female Korean activsit Cha Mirisa. It has two campuses, both in Seoul. The one in Dobong District, northern Seoul, is its main campus and the one in Jongno District, central Seoul, is its second. As the name indicates, it is an all female school with fewer than 7,000 students.
