Lalchand Kataria is the member of legislative assembly of Rajasthan from Jhotwara constituency. He won the elections for MLA in 2018 as a candidate of Indian National Congress. In 2018 general elections he beat Rajpal Singh Shekhawat of BJP by a margin of 10747 votes.
