Krishna Ballabh Sahay (31 December 1898 – 3 June 1974), often shortened to K. B. Sahay, was an Indian freedom fighter, who after Indian independence became the Revenue Minister of Bihar and then the fourth Chief Minister of unified Bihar.
Sahay was appointed the Revenue Minister of Bihar in the first interim government after independence. He was responsible for the passage of the Zamindari Abolition Bill which made Bihar the first state to pass such an Act.
When Shri Babu became the Chief Minister of Bihar, he made K.B. Sahay the Revenue Minister. In the meantime, Krishna Ballabh Sahay took the initiative of the abolition of the zamindari system and gave it a concrete shape.
