Shri Nisith Pramanik was born on 17 January, 1986 to Shri Bidhu Bhushan Pramanik and Smt. Chhanda Pramanik in Cooch Behar district of West Bengal. He studied at Bhetaguri Lal Bahadur Shastri Vidyapith, Bhetaguri, Cooch Behar. He was Assistant Teacher in a primary school before joining politics.
