The Sherman Brothers were an American songwriting duo that specialized in musical films, made up of brothers Robert B. Sherman (December 19, 1925 – March 6, 2012) [1] and Richard M. Sherman (June 12, 1928 – May 25, 2024). [2] Together they received various accolades including two Academy Awards and three Grammy Awards.

Robert Bernard Sherman and Richard Morton Sherman, collectively known as the Sherman Brothers, were Academy Award-winning songwriters best known for their musical compositions for Disney films and Disney Parks, Experiences and Products.
