Fox Entertainment Group acquired CBS's interest in CBS/Fox and renamed it to "20th Century Fox Home Entertainment" on March 16, 1995, alternating with the Fox Video name until 1998. The studio was the last major holdout to release its product on DVD, releasing its first seven discs in November of that year, one month after Paramount Home Entertainment released its first DVDs.

20th Century Home Entertainment (formerly 20th Century Studios Home Entertainment and 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment) is the home video distribution arm of 20th Century Studios.
Since 2020, the TCFHE name was retired after its parent company was renamed as "20th Century Studios" by The Walt Disney Company, and was later rebranded as "20th Century Studios Home Entertainment", but still used as the copyright placeholder, and the standard 20th Century Studios logo is now used for releases.
