Jan 12, 1996 · One day, when a group of scientists begin a mission to live inside a "Bio-Dome" for a year without outside contact, Bud and Doyle mistakenly become part of the project themselves. Bud and Doyle are two losers who are doing nothing with their lives.
In the mid 1990s Dr. Falkner and a few scientists embark on an experiment in the Arizona desert. They build what they describe as a "space station on Earth." A plastic dome in which the inside is free of pollution and made to sustain them for one year. A dome they call the Bio-Dome.
