Mar 8, 2019 · It's a MOVIE....not a documentary and, as such, not subject to accuracy but rather creative license. This was a very entertaining way to spend an hour and forty minutes. Dave DeHaan is incredibly convincing as Billy the Kid- and his portrayal of a conflicted, very young man might just be the most accurate part of the movie and it works.
