Paharganj (literally 'hilly neighbourhood') is a neighbourhood of Central Delhi, located just west of the New Delhi Railway Station.Known as Shahganj or King's ganj or market place during Mughal era, it is one of the three administrative subdivisions, of the Central Delhi district, of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, with the other two being, Darya Ganj and Karol Bagh.

Paharganj in new Delhi is a very very busy place as the New Delhi railway station is found there. you get foods everywhere near the railway station and there are many hotels in the neighbourhood. i went to drink fresh juice everyday in the main market near the railway station. it is a very big and busy tourist place. you can money changers and tourist shop along the main market.
