A cataclysmic event has occurred, life as we knew it is ending, and people have retreated into their shells as they wait for the end of the world. Two large rocks are about to crash into each other and compared to that human life in all its complexity seems so fragile and pointless.
Jan 20, 2021 · Filmmaker Arati Kadav’s sci-fi short film 55 km/sec will be debuting on streamer Disney+ Hotstar on Wednesday. Featuring Richa Chadha, the film is based on Cargo director’s script. She shot it during the coronavirus -induced lockdown in 2020. The movie will also release on ShortFilmWindow, an OTT platform founded by Kadav.
