Jun 27, 1990 · Overview. Talented but unproven stock car driver Cole Trickle gets a break and with the guidance of veteran Harry Hogge turns heads on the track. The young hotshot develops a rivalry with a fellow racer that threatens his career when the two smash their cars.
Coming off a successful open wheels career, Cole Trickle is recruited by used car salesman Tim Daland to be his driver in the NASCAR Cup series. After proving his talent, he is paired with legendary former crew chief Harry Hogge.
