Donna and Ricardo overcome their label and prove themselves to be "profoundly normal". mscherrie 10 February 2003. This was a sweet movie, based on a true story about the often forgotten mentally handicapped population. Kirstie Alley and Delroy Lindo both do an excellent job of portraying Donna and Ricardo.
