Businessman Nate Cohen joins his bootlegger friend, Captain Pat Kelly, on his boat after sixteen years on land. When Kelly's daughter Molly falls in love with Coast Guard officer Bob Graham, who has been hassling Kelly, he refuses to let them marry.
