While praised by Leonard Maltin as a precursor to the screwball comedies of the 1930's and 1940's, Not So Dumb is a not so entertaining weekend with ditzy Davies and guests. Davies is trying to give her boyfriend's career a boost by mixing with important guests during the weekend.
