Raman is a psycho killer who kills people for fun. He gets arrested by the cops but manages to escape. Raman then starts to keep an eye on every move of a top drug-addict cop, Raghvana, whom he considers his soulmate. Raman reaches house of his sister Laxmi and later kills her whole family.
