About Janta Vedic College. The institution was first established as a High school on October 20, 1917 in a small township of Baraut surrounded by thickly populated villages thriving on highly fertile agricultural land. It was raised to Intermediate, Undergraduate and Post-Graduate levels in 1940, 1949 and 1956 respectively.
