Veljko Bulajić (22 March 1928 – 2 April 2024) was a Montenegrin film director and UNESCO Kalinga Prize recipient. Bulajić spent the majority of his life working in Croatia and is primarily known for directing World War II -themed movies from the Partisan film genre.
Veljko Bulajić (Vilusi kraj Nikšića, 22. ožujka 1928. – Zagreb , 2. travnja 2024. ) bio je crnogorsko-hrvatski filmski redatelj i dobitnik UNESCO -ove nagrade Kalinga za »vrhunsko ostvarenje na području umjetnosti i znanosti«.
Veljko Bulajic was a Yugoslav director and writer who made films such as Kozara, The Man to Kill and Vlak bez voznog reda. He was born in 1928 in Montenegro and died in 2024 in Croatia.
