  10. Jul 1, 2013 · The second book featuring John Milton as the protagonist is both a very quick and pretty good read. Mark Dawson, once again, paints an excellent picture with his prose. While there really is nothing special about the plot, Dawson’s handling of the poverty in London’s East End is done very well.
