Dean Lewington. Dean Scott Lewington (born 18 May 1984) is an English professional footballer and coach who plays as a left-back, as well as a centre-back for EFL League Two club Milton Keynes Dons, where he is club captain. He has held coaching roles at the club, and briefly became interim head coach of the club in August 2021.
