Warnakulasuriya Patabendige Ushantha Joseph Chaminda Vaas (born 27 January 1974) is a former Sri Lankan international cricketer who represented the Sri Lanka national cricket team. He is a fast medium pace bowler and one of the most successful bowlers in international cricket.
Chaminda Vaas is a left-arm fast medium bowler and a useful batsman for Sri Lanka. He has taken over 400 wickets in ODIs and 300 in Tests, and scored his maiden century in 2008.
