Ingrid Bolsø Berdal (født 2. mars 1980 i Levanger [4]) er en norsk skuespiller fra Utøy på Inderøy i Nord-Trøndelag, bosatt i Son i Vestby. Berdal har mellomfag i musikk fra NTNU og skuespillerutdanning fra Statens Teaterskole 2001–2004. Hun ble ansatt ved Det norske teatret fra 2004, og mottok Heddaprisen som årets debutant i 2005.
