Konidela Pawan Kalyan (born Konidela Kalyan Babu; 2 September 1968) is an Indian politician, actor, and founder of the Jana Sena Party. He is currently serving as the 9th Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh since June 2024.
Pawan Kalyan is an Indian actor, film director, film producer, screenwriter, stunt coordinator, narrator, choreographer, playback singer and politician. His film works are predominantly in Telugu cinema. He is the youngest brother of popular actor Chiranjeevi.
Pawan Kalyan won the Pithapuram constituency in Kakinada district with 1,34,394 votes, defeating YSRCP’s Vanga Geetha. On 12 June 2024, he took oath as the Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh.
