Dearbhla Molloy (/ ˈ d ɜːr v l ə /; born 1946) is an Irish actress. Early life [ edit ] Molloy was born to John Molloy and Evelyn Ryan and grew up on Yellow Walls Road in Malahide , County Dublin, Ireland, the eldest of seven children.
Dearbhla Molloy was born in Ireland and educated through the medium of Irish and English. Her career began with Irish-speaking plays with the Abbey Theatre Dublin. She went on to join the RSC ( London Critic's Award Juno & The Paycock) playing Mary to Judi Dench's Juno among other parts.
