Şerif Sezer (d. 12 Aralık 1946, Bursa), Türk sinema ve dizi oyuncusudur. Devlet Tiyatroları oyuncusu olarak tiyatro yapan Şerif Sezer, Sinan Çetin'in yönettiği 1980 yapımı Bir Günün Hikâyesi adlı filmle sinema oyunculuğuna başladı. Sinemada genellikle Doğulu ve köylü kadınları canlandırdı.
