  1. Dec 24, 2023 · In League of Legends, mastering the art of crowd control can be the difference between victory and defeat. This article delves into the top ten champions who excel in this vital aspect, each bringing a unique blend of skills to control, disrupt, and dominate the Rift. 10.

    • Leona. "The dawn has arrived!" At the number one spot, we have the queen of CC and that’s Leona “The Radiant Dawn”. Listen if you see this girl on the enemy team run away as far as possible.
    • Nautilus. "I will not rest" At number two we have Nautilus “The Titan Of The Depths”. Once a proud sailor or pirate turned into an abomination of the depths.
    • Rell. "Nothing gets in, no one goes out" We are at the final stretch of this list at number three we have Rell “The Iron Maiden”. First off this girl was tortured until she has perfected the art of metal bending, when she has done that she broke out and now rides on her cool horse made out of metal.
    • Zac. "I was made for this... literally" Zac “The Secret Weapon” was created somewhere in the depths of Zaun. Why was he created? Who knows. Someone wanted a friend so they created this monster that kinda reminds me of the blobfish.
    • Thresh. Starting off our list, we have one of the best support champions in high elo, due to his high skill ceiling in a role that is usually not mechanically intensive.
    • Leona. Where Thresh has a hard crowd control ability, with two soft crowd control ones, Leona is all about that hard CC chain that can last up to 3.25 seconds if chained properly!
    • Nautilus. While Leona is an upgrade on Thresh, with her hard CC, players still need to hit her E and R, as they are skill shots, to be effective. With Nautilus, this is not the case as two of his three hard CC abilities are point-and-click!
    • Amumu. Ever since his mini-rework, Amumu has been one of the best beginner junglers in League of Legends, dues to his ample crowd control abilities that are simple to use, but effective in both ganks and team fights!

  3. Question. I'd love to be as annoying in the game as possible, not necessarily by damage but through crowd control abilities and items. And so, what are the CC-heaviest champs in the game right now? Preferably champs that are good with builds that compound additional CC (Items with further CC passives/actives).
