Stuart Blumberg is the President, CEO and Founder of Health Plus Management, with over 25 years of experience in medical care and executive leadership. In 1994, he identified the need for physicians to be able to focus on the care of their patients and not be burdened with the time-consuming administration of running a medical practice.
