Oct 20, 2023 · The ICE 3neo (Velaro MS) high-speed train, based on the proven ICE 3 platform, was unveiled by Siemens at its ICE plant in Berlin-Rummelsburg in February 2022. The first train was built in a record-breaking 12 months, which was faster than any previous ICE train type.
