Manichitrathazhu ( transl. The Ornate Lock) is a 1993 Indian Malayalam -language epic psychological horror film directed by Fazil, written by Madhu Muttam, and produced by Swargachitra Appachan. [1] .
Madhu Muttam is best known for scripting the classic movie Manichitrathazhu, which was remade in several languages. He was born in Haripad in 1951 and is unmarried. He has also written two other Malayalam films and a poem for Manichitrathazhu.
