Jeremy C. Stein is the Moise Y. Safra Professor of Economics at Harvard University. From May 2012 to May 2014, he was a member of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. Before coming to Harvard in 2000, Stein was on the finance faculty of M.I.T.’s Sloan School of Management for ten years, most recently as the J.C. Penney Professor of Management.
Jeremy Chaim Stein (born October 17, 1960) is an American economist and the Moise Y. Safra Professor of Economics at Harvard University; he also chaired Harvard's economics department. He served as a member of the Federal Reserve Board of Governors from 2012 to 2014.
