Pieter Kramer (Utrecht, 30 november 1951) is een Nederlands theater-, televisie- en filmregisseur. Nadat Kramer in 1969 een opleiding had gevolgd aan de Academie voor Expressie te Utrecht en in 1973 de regieopleiding van de Theaterschool Amsterdam had voltooid, werkte hij van 1978 tot 1986 als acteur en stimulator bij Theatergroep Carrousel .
