Leo Kennedy is a descendant of Sergeant Michael Kennedy, one of the policemen killed by the Kelly Gang at Stringybark Creek. He supports a film project by Darren K. Hawkins that aims to tell the story of Michael and his wife Bridget, and to correct the myths and misrepresentations of the Kelly Gang.
