Karan Paul (born 3 November 1969) is the chairman of the Apeejay Surrendra Group, one of India's oldest and largest privately owned family businesses. Established in Jalandhar in 1910, the group has more than 43,000 employees across tea, hospitality, shipping, retail, real estate, and other sectors.

Mr. Karan Paul took over as Group Chairman in 2004 and set the Group’s vision towards Centennial in 2010 and beyond – “To be one of India’s largest and most profitable privately owned family business”. In 2005 the Group's Tea division acquired Typhoo, UK's third largest and an over 100-year-old iconic British tea brand.
Karan Paul has over 28 years of experience in managing and developing businesses across shipping, real estate, logistics, financial services, tea plantations and FMCG sectors. He joined the Group in 1992 and became Chairman in 2004.
