Black City is an area that only exists in Pokémon Black. It is a huge city area which has a constantly changing population, dependant on a variety of factors within Black & White. There are numerous shops and battleable trainers capable of being in the city.
Ghosts live here. That's what the Chinese say. They claim this place, a walled fortress abandoned in the 14th century and called Khara Khoto—Black City—is inhabited by demons and spirits.
