Yachao Wang is an assistant professor of mechanical engineering in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at University of North Dakota, USA. Biography. Dr. Wang joined the Department of Mechanical of Engineering of UND in May 2020, followed by a two-years Post-doc experience at University of Cincinnati (UC). His research includes nano/micro-manufacturing, hybrid additive manufacturing, materials characterization, modeling of laser/material interaction, and smart manufacturing.
Yachao Wang received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the School of Environment and Spatial Informatics, University of Mining and Technology, Xuzhou, China, in 2011 and 2017, respectively. He is currently an Assistant Researcher with the Aerospace Information Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences (AIRCAS), Beijing, China.
