  5. Synopsis. Yashvardhan "Yash" Raichand (Amitabh Bachchan) is a filthy rich and opulent real estate tycoon, living with his loving wife Nandini (Jaya Bachchan) and their two sons, Rahul and Rohan. Rahul is adopted whilst Rohan is their biological son. Rahul feels indebted to his parents when he finds out at the age of eight that he is adopted.
