The Shaolin Temple is a Buddhist temple in Henan Province, China, known as the “cradle of Kung Fu.” It was founded in the 5th century by the Indian-Chinese monk Bodhidharma and has a long history in the field of Buddhist spirituality and Kung Fu training.
