Edward G. Robinson (born Emanuel Goldenberg; December 12, 1893 – January 26, 1973) was a Romanian-American actor. He was known for his roles as Rico in Little Caesar and as Rocco in Key Largo . Other well-known roles include Barton Keyes in the movie Double Indemnity , Dathan in The Ten Commandments , and his final role as Sol Roth in Soylent Green .
