He made his debut with the 1953 picture "Without Warning" and had further credits with the early Paul Newman effort "The Rack" (1956), "Slaughter on Tenth Avenue" (1957), "The Monster that Challenged the World" (1957), "Geronimo" (1962), "Rough Night in Jericho" (1967) and "Sam Whiskey" (1969).
