Nov 3, 2022 · If your user is already linked to your Microsoft account, you can't reset the password. You have to reset online via https://account.microsoft.com for your MS account's intead. Mar 23, 2020 · I select that account and then click Change, but it takes me to a window that says "Exchange Account Settings." Below that is "Offline Settings" and" Download email for the past...." Clicking "More Settings" doesn't have a place to update the password either. The account is used, btw, only to sync with my cellphone.
