Dashboard to measure progress of Aspirational Districts Programme Champions of Change (CoC) is the backbone of the Aspirational Districts Programme. The new CoC digital platform now facilitates advanced data analytics, digitized project management workflow, and machine-learning capabilities.18
Dec 22, 2020 · The Champions of Change (COC) Dashboard was developed by NITI Aayog to monitor district progress and aid in decision making. In our conversation with Rama Kamaraju, Data Scientist at NITI Aayog, we discussed the use of data under the Aspirational Districts Program (ADP) and how the COC Dashboard supports data-driven policy making in India.
The CEO also announced that the ‘Champions of Change’ Dashboard for real-time data collection and monitoring will be open for public viewing from 1 April. The dashboard will facilitate District Collectors of all the aspirational districts to input the latest available data of their respective districts.
Champions of Chnage is a dynamic dashboard for the Aspirational Districts that facilitates measuring progress along core dimensions. That the data are easily accessible will promote greater engagement.
