Make multiple applications and make a decision based on which uni makes you an offer, and if they’ll also give you a scholarship and/or accommodation as well.

RMIT, Swinburne fight it out for third and fourth place. These two tend to emphasise more practical skills than Melbourne and Monash.

Came close to firing her, but found some repetitive stuff she could do that didn’t require initiative or debugging abilities.   5. Oct 30, 2022 · The bonus to qualifications is a set 10% so it has diminishing returns as you add additional universities. The first one has the biggest impact on reducing the time. The best places to put it are in my opinion places where you plan to industrialize heavily. Agriculture tends to need fewer qualifications and they change less frequently.

Your literacy determines your max Innovation points. Universities provide those points, up to the max. So build Universities till you hit that max.

A lot of the exponential growth in Vicky 3 is based on laws, production methods, and resources (including pops).

However, as others have noted, certain halls (particularly TPV) haven't been designed properly for a decent staff-resident ratio, resulting in ongoing issues.
