Oct 28, 2023 · Shields act like extra HP bars for boss Pokemon. When an opponent's health bar depletes completely, a shield will break and their HP will be set to full once again. Once all shields are down and the opponents HP reaches 0 once again, the boss will finally go down.

I mainly want to ask about what difficulty settings would be recommended for beginners to these two games. Just to be clear, I'm not new to Pokemon.
