Jun 27, 2018 · (EDIT: If anyone gets this error, try running Steam as an Administrator first!) So I downloaded GTA 5 again about a day ago and this issue has been reoccurring even trying every solution possible. Whenever I launch the client off of Steam, all I get is the standard loading screen for signing into Rockstar Club. The problem is, it immediately goes to loading as soon as the game opens so I can't even sign into an account or really do anything. The only button that's provided is the cancel option.

Right-click and select Uninstall for each.
