The exhibits give the visitor/student an opportunity to learn through a process of interaction and discovery. The unit remains on tour for about 7/8 months in a year, covering a minimum of 60 sites. It generally remains in a school for 3 days.
6 days ago · In the area of 2000 sq ft, the gallery “Mirror, the reflecting surface” housed 42 exhibits. It took 6 to 7 months of real hard work of a team of technical persons to give shape to the gallery. Each exhibit uses the principle of reflection. The gallery started with multiple reflections and ended with multiple reflections.
Nehru Science centre is located in the heart of Mumbai near Worli. The centre offers an array of scientific experiments, observations. play and learn tools for children and adults alike. The touch, view, operate, feel functional exhibits and the notes guide the users (especially children) through the various aspects of science.
