Leslie Samuel Phillips (Tottenham, London, 1924. április 20. – 2022. november 7.) angol színpadi és filmszínész, rádiós és szinkronszínész, komikus. A Doktor a háznál, a Folytassa… és a Harry Potter filmsorozatokban nyújtott alakításai mellett számos mozifilmből, televíziós sorozatból és (angol nyelvterületen) rádiós hangjátékokból is ismert. 2007-ben BAFTA-díjra jelölték, a Brit Birodalom Rendje parancsnoki keresztjének tulajdonosa (CBE, 2008).
